Terms and Forms |
All dogs being walked
will undergo a trial period to ensure that they are adequately trained and socialised.
Dogs must be sociable with other dogs and children.
All dogs will be exercised on a lead unless prior agreement has been reached
with Walk and Wag and a disclaimer form has been signed.
The walker will apply
personal judgment and cut short a walk if necessary because of extreme weather
conditions (ie, heat, thunder storms, snow) for the safety of both the dogs
and the walker.
Walk and Wag reserves the right to cancel the contract at any time & with
immediate effect if the dog does not respond well to the walker and/or other
dogs.
The client is entirely responsible for any veterinary bills, no matter how they
are incurred, whilst pets are in the care of Walk and Wag.
Dogs should be up to date with all vaccinations, worm and flea treatment. I
ask that your dog/s are in general good health.
You must advise me of any behavioural problems, traits or vices your dog may
have.
No more than 6 dogs
will be walked together by me on a group walk.
Bitches in season will not be accepted for Group walking.
Although Walk and Wag is insured for Public Liability, wherever possible pets
should be insured by the client.
Walk and Wag will care for your dog/s as you would, and whilst we will make
every effort to ensure your dog/s is well looked after in your absence, Walk
and Wag cannot be held liable for any loss, injury or death to a pet either
inside or outside of the home whilst in our care.
